Quick Start

Get your first AI visibility scan running in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Create an Account

Sign up at /signup with your email and password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account.

Step 2: Connect Your Store

After email confirmation, you'll be guided through the onboarding wizard:

  1. Choose your platform — Shopify, WooCommerce, CSV, or Manual entry
  2. Connect — Enter your store credentials or upload a product file
  3. Select products — Choose which products to monitor
  4. Set funnel weights — Configure how much each funnel stage matters to your scoring

Step 3: Run Your First Scan

Navigate to the Scans page and click New Scan. Select the AI engines you want to query and start the scan. The scan runs in the background — you'll see results appear as each engine completes.

Step 4: Review Results

Once the scan completes, explore your results:

  • Dashboard — Overview of visibility scores and trends
  • Products — Per-product visibility scores and engine breakdown
  • Competitors — Who appears alongside your products in AI responses
  • Citations — Which sources AI engines reference about your products
  • Recommendations — AI-generated suggestions to improve visibility

Step 5: Set Up Alerts

Go to the Alerts page to configure notifications for score drops, new competitors, lost citations, and more. Alerts are evaluated automatically after each scan.

Tip: Schedule recurring scans to track your visibility over time. The Trends page uses your scan history to predict future visibility scores.
